The rules of the dome

1. Who stands behind the dome

These terms govern your use of heatherdomeparlour.com ("Heatherdome Parlour", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of heatherdomeparlour.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may keep the vigil

Heatherdome Parlour is meant only for visitors aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. The coins on the bench

• The worlds are staked in virtual coins handed over free of charge.
• Coins hold no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases.
• No prize carrying real-world value is offered.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever we need to.

4. Nothing staked for money

Heatherdome Parlour neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and links to no gambling operator.

5. The account you open

• A free account is needed to play. One account per person; do not pass it round.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if somebody else has been in your account.
• You may delete your account at any moment from your account page. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to somebody under 18.
• Coins, levels and daily jobs belong to the account rather than to you as property, and may be reset.

6. Treating the dome decently

Do not try to disrupt the site, set automated tools on it, offer to trade coins, or let anybody under 18 use it.

7. When the dome shuts, and liability

The site is given "as is". We may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids every play and every pay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights stand untouched.

8. The law the dome sits under

These terms run under the law of England and Wales.
