Who keeps the data on this ridge

The controller for personal data processed through heatherdomeparlour.com is the operator of heatherdomeparlour.com. Contact: [email protected].

What the account holds

What is kept	What it is kept for	How long it stays
Nickname	Naming you on the reels	Until the account is deleted
Email address	Marking the account so you can get back in	Until the account is deleted
Password hash	Letting you in without us ever holding the password itself	Until the account is deleted
Sign-up date	Answering you, and stopping misuse	Until the account is deleted

That is the entire list. We never ask for your real name, your address, your date of birth, your telephone number or any payment detail, because nothing on this hill is for sale. Your password is held only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (handing you the account you asked for). Deleting your account takes all of it away at once, and the button for that sits on your account page.

Held on your device, not up the hill

What is kept	Its job in the dome	How long it stays
Coin tin, level, daily jobs and world settings	Picking your watch up where you left it	Until you clear this browser's site data
Age confirmation	Not asking the same question on every page	Until you clear this browser's site data
Cookie choice	Recalling what you agreed to	Until you clear this browser's site data

All of this sits on your own device and is never sent up to us.

The Google tags, once you nod at the gate

Choose "Accept all" and we use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and whether our adverts lead to play, a first spin for instance. Google receives your IP address, your device information and those events. Choose "Essential only" and the tags run in consent mode with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Logs kept by the host

Our host holds the usual request logs for security for a short while. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

What we never do

No payment data at any time: there is nothing to buy.
No marketing post unless you ask us for it.
No selling or renting your data to a soul.
Nothing shared with gambling operators, and no gambling affiliate links.

Rights you can exercise over the log book

You may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent whenever you wish. Deleting your account from the account page erases the account data at once; clearing this site's data in your browser clears away the rest. A complaint can go to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
